I bought 3 new pairs of women's shoes this week. Store is great. There are quality brands---Brooks, New Balance, etc. Refunds/exchanges are easy. Store employees are very friendly and willing to assist you. Location of store and parking is very convenient---near Rural King. If you need shoes go to Shoe Sensation FIRST!

Plenty of different brands to choose from even on Christmas Eve they was stocked up on just about every shoe brand and not to mention the excellent service two thumbs up for the staff that helped me find what I needing for my wife!!

Fast purchase/excellent help via staff/chose 3 pair shoes bought 1 pair from store/2other pair ordered and coming by mail option..awaiting delivery/acknowledgement memo of such..shoes also were on sale!but still wish price was a bit lower/as I get older comfort &support become very important/would go to Marion store again for future items

We were at the Marion, IL store on 06/12/26 in the early afternoon. There was only one employee on duty and the store was pretty busy. This gal still took time to help every single customer that needed assistance. She spent a good amount of time helping me to find a pair of shoes that would work with the new brace that I must wear on my right leg. It took a lot of time, but she never gave up. She helped me find two pairs of shoes that worked well with my brace. I'm sorry that I never got her name, but she was very kind, supportive, and knowledgeable.
